Welcome to LIVS Travel! Please read these terms and conditions carefully before booking with us.
Booking Process:
a. We accept bookings via email and over the phone.
b. All prices are in USD and are subject to change without notice.
c. All bookings are subject to availability.
Cancellation Policy:
a. All cancellations must be made in writing via email or letter.
b. All cancellations are depended on the terms and conditions of the travel that has been purchased. The details will be shard upon the confirmation of the reservation.
Changes to Bookings:
a. Any changes to the booking after it has been confirmed must be made in writing via email or letter.
b. We will try to accommodate changes to the booking, subject to availability and additional costs.
Travel Documents:
a. It is the traveler's responsibility to ensure that all necessary travel documents, including passports and visas, are valid and up to date.
b. We are not responsible for any consequences resulting from the traveler’s failure to obtain the necessary travel documents.
Travel Insurance:
a. We strongly recommend that travelers purchase travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances that may arise during the trip.
b. We are not responsible for any losses or expenses incurred as a result of a traveler’s failure to obtain appropriate travel insurance.
Health and Safety:
a. It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure that they are fit to travel and have all necessary vaccinations and medication for the trip.
b. We are not responsible for any health issues that may arise during the trip.
Liability:
a. We will not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or death arising from any cause during the trip.
b. We will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including loss of income or profits.
Privacy:
a. We will keep all personal information confidential and will not share it with any third parties, except where required by law.
Law and Jurisdiction:

a. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where LIVS Travel is located.
b. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
